As Mayor, Louise Williams leads our community with having grown up here on her family farm. After a successful career as a financial advisor and stock broker, she decided to come back to her hometown and has moved back to the farm. She is dedicated to ensuring Franklin remains a safe, vibrant, and prosperous place for all residents.
